E-Glide has been working for a long time on a new design that would incorporate pneumatic tires with low deck height for the ultimate street riding experience.
The design limitations of big wheel powerboards with high decks, excessively wide trucks and tires are acceptable offroad, but diminish the traditional skateboard "feel" on asphalt.

The lower the deck, the lower the rider's center of gravity.
When the center of gravity is lowered, handling and carving ability are enhanced. Compare it to a low profile sports car going around a race track, compared to a jacked up SUV. It's similar with a powerboard. A high deck feels like your standing on a ladder compared to a low deck, which allows you to carve hard and feel confident because of increased maneuverability.
